water is the element of Winter and it affects the Kidney and Bladder, fluids, spinal cord, bone marrow and the brain. The Kidneys are our power house (our Batteries) and when they are weakened the whole body becomes weak. We lack will power, cannot fulfil our potential and become fearful. We need to keep warm ,prevent the body fluids freezing and turn fear in to TRUST.

If we keep our “will” strong we have natural confidence and can project peace and connection with the world.
